On this trip to Las Vegas, I enjoyed a day at Mandara Spa on the second level of Paris. Just outside the pool area and under the Eiffel Tower, this spa experience was truly luxurious and pampering, but have to admit I left feeling a little put off by the pushiness of the estheticians and therapists.
I enjoyed a facial and a massage and during both treatments was offered different add-ons and upgrades. That’s fine -- I like to hear about the specials and the treatments, but after I repeatedly told them, “No, thank you,” I felt I was given the cold shoulder.
But putting that one thing aside, what I loved about this spa experience was the showers. I love the large showers and all of the delicious smelling shampoos, body washes, and assortment of loofahs and scrubs.
I glowed the rest of the trip and enjoyed my spa experience but warn against the pushiness of the employees at this spa.
